Private pay.
Families pay directly for the exact level and schedule of care they choose. Your personalized rate is confirmed in writing before any services begin. There are no hidden fees and no surprise charges, the rate you agree to is the rate you pay.
Care is billed on a regular schedule. We walk you through the billing cycle and payment methods during your free consultation so there are no questions once care begins.
Long-term care insurance.
Many families hold long-term care insurance policies that can help cover in-home care, yet the claims process often feels overwhelming. At Zion Care, we simplify it for you.
We'll review your policy, clearly explain what it covers for our services, and guide you through the entire process. Our team provides all required documentation, walks you through your daily and monthly benefit limits, and works within your policy's guidelines to help you maximize every dollar of available coverage.

MaineCare.
Zion Care is a fully enrolled MaineCare provider. We provide compassionate in-home support to individuals who qualify for MaineCare home and community-based services.
Eligibility for MaineCare is determined solely by the State of Maine. If you believe you or your loved one may qualify, or if you already have coverage and need a trusted home care provider, please call us. We will clearly explain your options and guide you through the next steps.
